Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

 

  • No refunds can be issued for camper withdrawing once camp session starts.

  • No refunds issued for missing part of camp.

  • Camp credit cannot be issued in lieu of refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued within the two weeks prior to the start of camp.

  • If a camper needs a refund based on a medical condition, they MUST put it in writing to Taylor Unroe with a physician's statement that the camper is unable to participate and will then receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Camp Session: No Refunds Permitted On or After
Winter Clinic Series Individual sessions NON REFUNDABLE
(If purchased all 10, eligible for a full refund 2 weeks prior to camp (December 25th) less a $75 admin. fee)
Spring Clinic Series Individual sessions NON REFUNDABLE
(If purchased all 10, eligible for a full refund 2 weeks prior to camp (February 17th) less a $75 admin. fee)
College Prep April 18th
Memphis Day Camp May 18th
Tiger Experience Camp June 27th
Skill Help Sessions NON REFUNDABLE
Junior High Team Camp July 1st (If before July 1st, teams will be refunded $300)
High School Team Camp July 1st *All deposits are due by June 1st to hold your spot. Payment in full due July 1st*
(If before July 1st, teams will be refunded based on how many teams they have.
Ex: 3 teams = $1,200 refund, 2 teams = $800 refund, 1 team = $400 refund)
